Hello,

My brother is a Public Mobile client BUT I am not.

Please help, I want to buy him minutes. 

He has been gravely ill for a while, and his phone has been out of minutes.  From what I understand he has always gone to recharge his minutes at a corner store (dépaneur). He is extremely weak and cannot go out.

*** I want to find some way to pay with my credit card and send him some minutes, so he can receive calls and make calls.   Please help.  Does anyone know of a way I can do that?..    Thank you.

Unfortunately, you can’t gift minute to another account.

Best is to purchase vouchers from :

7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples and dial 611 on his phone and enter the voucher number and PIN.

So he can purchase additional Add-on minutes.

if you just need to help him to renew the service, what you can do is to buy voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shell and load the voucher by calling 1.855.4.PUBLIC and enter the phone number 

but if buying extra add-on, you do need to be able to login. to his My Account
