Was the message from CS_Agent? If so, you can continue the discussion with that person. Please note that isn't actually e-mail.

Public Mobile doesn't have "email addresses" for customer support. They use these forums run by their own customers and can use the chat box down in the bottom right corner to look up help for lots of things. Sometimes however, the bot doesn't always work. I will include a direct link to them as well.

Public Mobile doesn't have an e-mail address that can be used for customer service purposes, so please disregard infromation about any e-mail address that you were provided with previously. To receive cusotmer support, the chatbot must be used to open a ticket.
