Please help! You took my payment why are you asking for my payment information again?

I’m signing up for this plan and you process my payment, I’m not paying again I am on a fixed income and I go for chemotherapy treatments and I can’t afford to be getting scammed by you guys. 
I knew I should’ve went with Rogers. This is insanity.

I’m so confused it took my payment and then it just all of a sudden had an error and when I went to go back, it said that it had process my payment but now it’s asking for my payment again it’s asking for me to sign up all over again, but I’ve made a payment and the whole sign-up process is confusing and I don’t understand. I didn’t know this was a  self governed mobile service provider I was just hoping that this would be simple and it’s not, for me that is I’m sure it’s simple for all of you. Forgive me I’m just extremely frustrated.

@WayneC78 - we are customers like you here. Where are you saying you are being asked for payment again? 

Are all your services working? If so, and you see messages on your account, then just ignore them, as it seems you are around your renewal date today. On Hold messages do occur on My Account during renewal time.
