 My account shows payment, but my phone is saying no service. Went online to my bank and shows payment payed

try turning off your phone, wait 5 minutes and turn your phone back on. If still not service, then go into settings and see of you have the correct PM settings for your phone type.

Check your app or your account on the website to see if the payment did go through successfully. What phone are you using and are you a new or older customer.

Make sure you are in a location where there are Bell/Telus towers as well.

no service for 2 days, been with PM for aver 5 years. I have removed sim card a couple times already.

If your account says Active, you should have service.
If you have physical SIM, try to remove it and insert it again. Check your SIM in another pone (if possible).

How long you have been PM customer and since when you have this issue?
