try resetting your network settings:iPhone: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.Android: The steps vary but look for Network Reset under Settings > System/Reset options.
try turning off your phone, wait 5 minutes and turn your phone back on. If still not service, then go into settings and see of you have the correct PM settings for your phone type.
