Try disabling 5G in your network settings on your phone. Additionally, Nevada (and surrounding states) does have many areas that are dead spots regardless of carrrier
Check your app or your account on the website to see if the payment did go through successfully. What phone are you using and are you a new or older customer.Make sure you are in a location where there are Bell/Telus towers as well.
None of these tricks worked for me. I just ported from Speak out and forgot to turn off RCS prior to porting I've already tried removing and reading my number to my account but failed
