Probably just an Autopay failure. It happens from time to time.
make a manual payment to restart the service. You can do so by accessing My Account or using *611 (but you need your 4 digits PIN with *611)

You need to log into your self serve account and make a manual payment or call the 611/IVR system and pay with a voucher or with your 4 digit account pin number make a credit card payment.

@Chekit10 Yes, Pre-authorized payment could fail 😞
You can call *611 to manually renew if you have your 4 digits PIN
If not, login to My Account, click Reactivate my plan and follow the steps to make a manual payment to resume
