There is enough money in my account but the plan doesn't work my phone keeps telling me i dont have

@anniem3878  If still stuck open a support ticket; click on https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and enter your question in SIMon. Follow / invent the prompts until you reach the Contact Us button, click on it and a Submit Ticket button should appear. To confirm that your ticket has been submitted, check the SEND box in your private messages; click on the small envelope next to your avatar at the top right of your screen.

I tried everything.  Still my plan isnt renewed and the 5$ loyalty wasnt add to the money sitting there. I dont know how to contact anyone. All there is is an automated system. I am unsure if going to a store will help...

Login to your account to see if it is Active and your fund amount including all taxes.

If it is Active, there maybe an outage in your area.

Login to your account using a different browser in incognito mode or private mode and see if the money to pay for your plan is sitting in your availabile funds.

If it is try to reactivate your plan from in your account.  Then restart your phone again.

@anniem3878   you have to provide us more information.  

 

Did you login to My Account?  is it showing Account status active?

 

On your phone, is there any error message on the phone status bar?

Did you try to reboot your phone?

What is not working? everything? incoming calls? outgoing? data? text?

did you try put your sim card in another phone to text?

did you try to test your phone in another area?
