I signed up for your $40 plan 5 GB at a 4G speed and my phone is only showing me 3G in the top right corner corner It’s very slow

I also forgot when I signed up and paid there was a promo code for 12 GB for 12 months I forgot to do that

Let phone chose they connection type. Set it on Auto or try manually to set to 4G.

make sure on your phone, the network type is using Automatic or 4G

Also, please try to test in different area and see if it shows 4G or LTE

@Paulapaula , can you change preferred network to 4G.  That should help alleviate the mobile data connection.  Also note that there is a $40/15GB plan available.  You should upgrade before the deal is gone.
