Why can't I text, call or use my data? I have auto-pay, I have money in my account and it said I successfully renewed my plan.
I can get a signal like anywhere!

I used to think this way but no longer, because I think PM uses ticket stats to determine bug severity. So, I now lean toward Submit ticket, and then attempt our workarounds.
@Luddite Thanks for this information. I was under the impression to try the known workarounds first before contacting the moderators. But it makes sense that PM would need to know about these glitches too.
I'm not sure I agree. Firing off a ticket or pm and then to fix it yourself and then the mods get around to it only to see that it's been solved - wastes everybody's time.
It's why it's disappointing that the lost/stolen does more harm than good for resetting. It was a good workaround.
TBH personally I would try the known workarounds first before contacting the moderators in order to get my service back up as I would consider that a priority, but I can definitely see PM would need to know how often these glitches are happening.

Let go through the checklist.
Login to your account. Is your account active?
If your account status is active, were you sending a picture text message(MMS)?
If yes, enable data, restart your phone to let PM SIM card to configure your APN automatically.
If your account status is expired or suspended, pay your plan fee and click on the reactivate your plan link to restart your plan.

@BenStevenson If restarting phone and adding extra $ to your account didn't help, click the "?" in lower right side of the page, type "contact moderator", and follow directions OR send a message: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@BenStevenson try a hard restart . Hold your restart button for at least 3 to 5 seconds. If this doesn't work for you. Contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket )

You can also try adding $1 to your account then restarting your phone, sometimes that does the trick
If that fails to contact moderators

Can you try rebooting your phone and see if that helps? Otherwise try topping up your account $1 and restarting the phone.

Can you please restart your phone?
