I doubt PM lowered your plan. That will be major bug!
Did you consider any rewards you have? What your transaction history says?
If you are on autopay you should not be concerned (too much) regarding renewal payments.
If you could provide screenshot of your PM account we could better understand what is going on...

HI @Kas2 Interesting bug to your favour?
Did you confirm in My Account that your plan still showing $70 for 30 days? And Check the Transaction History for the last 30 days and see if there are any rewards or others applied and brought down your bill.

@Kas2 - too good to be true, imo.
It may be the result of the new vampped site. When you log into the "My Rewards" what does your "Estimated Payment" say?
If your My Plan still lists the $70, then this should be the one you are topping up to or will be charged on Autopay.
Just to be sure, check you haven't scheduled a plan change on next renewal, by clicking on the Change Plan button and see what it says there.

That sounds like an Self Serve bug and it thinks you're on a $10 plan instead of the $70 20.5GB plan. You'll be charged the proper $70 plan on autopay or you'll have to make a $69 payment since you have a $1 account balance.

Are you on a $35/month plan and paying for 2 months? The $9 owing probably is to cover the taxes.
If you go on AutoPay, you would only owe $7!
Self Serve doesn't show taxes so that $9 it says owing can't be taxes.
