Why hasn't my plan details updated to my new plan from a month ago. Details are still showing my old plan.

Have you cleared or closed your browser in the last month and rebooted your device? If not you will continue to get the cached version of your self serve account. Refreshing the page using the little arrow thingy should update your plan details to the new plan. Your device is causing brain fog in your self serve account. Let it have a nap and shut out the chaos by closing your browser and rebooting your device at least once a week. You will get better performance out of it.

Try again incognito mode/private mode or simply try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile
Refresh page. ^^^
