Plan deal didn’t apply on renewal

I got this deal/promo text August 30th:

 For context, my plan was set to renew August 31st. So basically I got this promo text from Public Mobile the other day, stating that if I responded “YES” I’d get a 4G phone plan for $35/month. However on renewal I was charged the standard $39/month fee (confirmed by my visa statement). Please help Public Mobile support! I tried making a ticket but got some error (ERROR 404).

What was your old plan before you joined the $35 -  20 Gig Plan?

I was able to submit a ticket once I used an incognito browser. Thank you.
