I set up a new account on a new phone yesterday and just realized that although my phone shows me connected to Public Mobile, I do not have a data connection and I can't place calls.

Please help

As I said above, I've already followed PM's troubleshooting and did several reboots and resets.

But did you use the link provided above?
Also, try a full power off restart.

I've already followed PM's troubleshooting several times.  

I've tried to submit a ticket 3 times but it always ends in an error message.

@John8823  reboot phone or reset network setting see if that helps if no luck please submit ticket with support to help
