I set up a new account on a new phone yesterday and just realized that although my phone shows me connected to Public Mobile, I do not have a data connection and I can't place calls.Please help@CS_Agent

As I said above, I've already followed PM's troubleshooting and did several reboots and resets.

I've already followed PM's troubleshooting several times. I've tried to submit a ticket 3 times but it always ends in an error message.
