My plan was supposed to be changed on Nov 25 to 4G speed 15G. But no change is happening so far on my account and my card has been charged for the new plan.

Known glitch in the system. Your self service account is likely showing the old "cached" version. Try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode/private mode. It then should show new plan.

Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito mode or private mode first.
Your probably looking at old cached information before

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
