cannot log in

Password changes are immediate. There isn't any need to wait 15 to 20 minutes.

@dale-michelau  hi there is a cache issue with accounts,use a different browser in private or incognito mode and try to sign back in

try to login again, but do this first

clear browser cache, then restart browser

or you can also use Private/Incognito mode and login with the new password
