account changed - what happened

In August 2020 I signed up for a $40. a month plan and was happy to paying $40. UNBEKNOWNST to me, the  plan changed in October, 2022 to a $15 plan. How can I find out what happened? Is it worth my looking into what caused the change or should I just sign up for another plan.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

That is very strange but I would ask public mobile reps why that happened.  Have you tried Get Help and asked them yet?  Here is a link.  https://www.publicmobile.ca/get-help     There is also chatbot link at the end of this website too.

@teacherron   plan change won't affect bonus minutes and points (as long as those are NOT activation bonus, those 2GB or 12GB extra for so many months)

 

But I also suggest you to try to open ticket with PM support and find out why the plan was changed

I had october to december  at the $15 charge but I don't know why it was changed. If I sign up for another plan will I keep all my bonus minutes and points???

How very strange.  I hope that isn't a common occurrence around here.  Could it be that you need to view your account with incognito or private mode?  There are problems with cookies not clearing if the browser was used before.
