@anthonyHuynh    You'll need to contact customer support via chatbot or private message after the 15th and they will add the gifts to your account.  Just keep the account active during this month.  Here's a link to chatbot if needed:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

HI @anthonyHuynh   Yes, CS agent will help, as long as your plan is still active and not suspended

 

Open ticket with CS agent and ask 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Hi all,

Is there away you can add the bonus like last year add on ? I am away from Canada so I dont think I will recveive message or can reply back Yes2.  Please help. Thank you very much

Yes it is for everyone. No matter which plan. The texts are going out in batches until the 15th of December. So keep your eyes open for the text and reply when you finally get it YES2.
