So I’ve changed my plan to the amazing $40 for 15 GB at 4G speed. 🤩
I did see a confirmation at the time of the change. Is there somewhere I can verify this on my account now? I just want to be sure it’s going to take effect on my renewal date.

This view doesn’t show on my iPhone but maybe it will on my Mac. I’m 95% sure everything will work out. It’s just such a good deal I wanted to be sure I wasn’t dreaming.

If you changed plan NOW, it should show up on your account.
If you scheduled change on next renewal then wait for renewal date to see if it is changed.
Maybe agent can confirm that for you...

@DDM69 I know you used to be able to view any scheduled plan changes on the old self serve account. Do you see further information when selecting Plans/Add-ons about this scheduled change?
