Plan change won’t go through

I run out data that I tried to renew my plan by change plan now option yet didn’t go through. So I ended up downgrading from 10gb to 4.5gb just to get things going since I needed some data immediately for work. Is there anyway I can get back to the 10gb plan back. it has been less than 12hours since I made the change.

I'm a little late to the party but if you haven't contacted the moderators yet but intend to today maybe just maybe depending on the amount of data you used was 1gb or less you can explain to them you didn't realize you couldn't renew your $50 plan without their assistance. Did you know you could purchase an add on? To tide you over?

If you used 1gb or less maybe they will credit you back $25 ($40 plan-$15/1gb data add on cost=$25) and allow you to apply that $25 towards the cost of renewing your $50/10gb plan early. It's a big "if" but worth asking just in case they are willing to do it. If you used more than 1gb then you will probably have to live with your snap decision and renew early again ( when you run out of data)back to the $50 plan which you can now do without their assistance.

If you want to make a plan change immediately then you would lose any unused minutes/texts or data.  Also you would be charged for both your current plan and new plan.

You may want to contact a moderator.

@dawithun : You tried what's called early renewal. That needs moderator assistance. You then did an immediate plan change. Maybe they can get you back to the $50 plan. You won't get pro-rated for anything though.

In the future, you can buy data add-ons to tie you over until your renewal. Then they'll step back and your plan data will return. The add-on will stay there until fully consumed.
