There is a current promo where we can get 10GB of bonus data for 2 years using, PMDATA10. It works on my account however I noticed my plan has more data now. Can I do a plan change for the 20GB $25 4G plan? If a mod could please confirm. Thanks!

Thanks everyone. I was able to setup a change of plan and it allowed me to enter the promo code. No big deal if it doesn’t give me the extra 10gigs.

Did you add the 10 GB bonus add on? If you did already and are planning to change plans, you will likely lose that bonus add on.
Here is the terms:

Available from May 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. EST to June 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EST. 10GB of bonus data is applied monthly for twenty-four months following successful offer redemption, provided the eligibility requirements are met. This promotion may only be redeemed by the addressee, and cannot be combined with other offers or promotion codes. This promotion is linked to the plan that the customer is currently on, and changing plans will result in the bonus data being removed from the account. Use of promo code required. You can change plans at any time. However, we as a community of customers like you, highly recommend if you choose to change it, you choose the option "Change At Renewal". This way, you don't lose any money you've already paid. Furthermore, we also suggest taking screenshots step by step of the change for your record keeping, in case the system didn't catch it.

you can change to plans available on your My Account, Change Subscription page. If you see the plan there, you can change to it. If yo don't see it there, sorry, you cannot change to that, PM support agent cannot help either
