I asked to change my plan on the next renewal to the $40 15 gb but it is switching back to my original plan of $40 5gb. I changed it again for next renewal and hopefully it’ll stick

I, too, has that occur with one of my 'peeps'.
I set the plan change to occur, then logged out, logged back in and it showed the incorrect data bucket with the pending plan change.
I canceled the plan change, and set it up again. The 2nd time, it displayed the correct 'version' of the plan.
This is clearly a glitch with the self-serve pages. Good that you double-checked!!!

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode instead. Try again

HI@AmrPublic Try to use Private mode and Incognito to check if the scheduled plan change is there
If not, then try to make the change on renewal date again with you already using Incognito mode

You are probably looking at a cached version. Clear your browser cache and open a new browser window in incognito.
