Hi,
I am having trouble changing my plan on the self-service portal, it keeps giving an error page.
I have been trying for 2 days.

@Spudster , I believe this is a browser issue on the OP side. OP should try what @Dunkman suggested first. At this moment, I can do my plan change and it doesn't look like a server issue that needs to get CS Agent involved. Afterall,l if OP can find the way with the workarounds , it is much quicker than waiting for CS Agent 🙂

Customer Support Agents can help. There are 2 ways to reach them:

The website is finicky. You can try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device. Chrome incognito seems to work well.
