I purchased a 10 day add on plan back in the fall of 2018. I was only in the US for about 4 days. When I look at my plans and add owns it still says it is active. I thought it expired after 10 days? Is this a mistake and is it expired after 10 days or do I still have days left her I wasn’t ther long enough to use up the full time.?

I think you are correct and my misunderstanding. These are US and Canada Long Distance. I will purchase a roam package the day I leave. Thank you for your help.

@khdaynes, are you sure it is the US add-on you are seeing as non expiring? Do you have long distance or data add-on for use in Canada? Those are non expiring.

Could be a glitch as suggested by @dabr . Are you certain it's a US Roaming Add-on and not a 200 Minute US & Canada Long Distance Add-on. As you know, the US Roaming Add-on expires 10 days after you purchase it.
The 200 minute US & Canada Long Distance Add-on doesn't expire until you use it up....but you must be IN CANADA to use it. Some folks confuse the two (like me initially).
Can you take a screen shot of your "My Data & Add-ons".

Yes the US add-ons expire after 10 days...must be some error or you got lucky:)
