Yes, thanks for directing my attention to the obvious. The clerk at the store put the voucher under my old carrier and I hadn’t noticed it.

or try to drop the first 4 or last 4 digits , maybe it will work?

Confirm that the voucher is for Public Mobile and not for PC Mobile, Petro-Canada Mobility, etc

@Lemongello - Does it say it is for Public Mobile?
If so, look for another series of 12 digits numbers on the voucher.

Please go to the arrow thingy on the right of your post and edit out your email as we don't post personal info on the public forum. Are you sure it's a pm voucher? Where did you purchase it? There are examples of pm vouchers in the voucher catalogue that you can compare....

Where did you get your voucher?
Voucher pin should be just 12 digits Some stores has the actual PIN on the cash register receipt.
