I've purchased two $40 vouchers from Shoppers drug mart, two different lications and neither are being processed or added to my account.
I'm having an incredibly difficult time trying to submit a ticket as I'm a person with disabilities.
I need someone to fix my account and add these vouchers because the retailer can't refund the purchase.
This never happened before in the years that I've been with public moblie. I don't understand what the problem is.

It’s frustrating when you’ve already paid for a voucher and it won’t load, especially since they are typically non-refundable. There are a few specific reasons why this happens with Public Mobile vouchers. The most common issue is that it can take up to 24 hours to activate though the Public Mobile system. You may also be entering the incorrect string of numbers. There should be 12 digits total. Hope this works for you.

Asking a friend or neighbor won't help as they don't work for public mobile.

I did dial *611 and two vouchers refused to process with that method. Which is why I am complaining here.

A few people did indicate yesterday that they had issues with vouchers.

vouchers from Shoppers usually work instantly.

Sometimes vouchers take a few hours to register with the Public Mobile system. You can try dialing 611 from your phone to upload them if online is not working for you.
