Hi,
I have Talk and Text plan without Data option and after porting my no on Public mobile I could not send picture message.
I heard, I need to enable Data option before sending picture message but I am not sure after enabling Data option I have to pay extra charges or not.

Hi,
Still picture message is not working on my talk and text plan(without data option) and I noticed my mobile is also not receiving any simple text message.
i have enabled Data, MMS, iMessage.
i also noticed, if I enabled Wi-Fi to connect with my home internet then I could send and receive messages but I think messages should work without Wi-Fi.

Here's the webpage on APN settings. I suggest putting defaul,supl,mms in the APN field instead of leaving it blank.

MMS already enabled and I have iPhone.

do you have MMS enabled on your phone? Its in the settings for iOS. For android your messaging app will need access to data too i believe

Still not working even after rebooting and also removed sim and turned off phone and then inserted sim first and then restarted.
