When I make a phone call, it says that I used all my available minutes. However, my plan is unlimited calling what is happening? Why won’t my phone work?

Have you tried rebooting your phone? Have you looked at your account to confirm it's unlimited? Have you tried resetting your network settings and reboot? If none of that works, you may wish to create a ticket for help.
