I changed my subscription from 3G to 4G (US and Canada). I will be in the U.S. soon and would like to confirm that my 4G plan is active, as my phone still shows 3G.

LTE is 4G.
Even if you're on a "3G speed" plan, you can use the LTE and 5G networks. Only your speed will be different.

Thanks for the reply. It's an Iphone 10 and I just now changed 3G to LTE but there was no option for 4G.

For Android Check Preferred Network & select 4g and restart your mobile once ,Try it ,I hope may be work for u.

What make and model of phone do you have? Are you able to set it to 4G LTE? Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte yet?

@Limeyjack Change your network setting to 4G/LTE or 5G it will work on them all and you will still get your same data speed that you pay for . If your account is active and you’re able to make calls text and surf internet then . When you go to the US you should be fine no worries
