I switched to public mobile Dec. 26 from Bell. Worked great. Yesterday everything stopped working. My phone says that Bell is the Cartier for my phone number and Public mobile is Cartier for cellular… any suggestions on how to fix this as nothing is working on the phone. I can’t call out, receive calls or text.

@Michelle651 if it's still not working let us know what you are seeing under the Cellular section of the device, also, are you using an eSIM with Public Mobile? If so, it should be set to Primary

@Michelle651 did you physically remove the old Bell SIM or delete the eSIM for Bell? Have you tried restarting your phone, sometimes this can clear things up.
