My phone on April 1st canceled but payment was to come out that day so to get the phone working I payed it on line then they took the autopay out so now I have payed twice and does not show the overpayment

Is the extra payment now showing in available funds? Sometimes it may be delayed a little.

check your Available Funds balance amount, it should be showing extra funds. These funds will be used first on your future renewals before any credit card/autopay gets charged...with the exception of the April 1st failures (that is not suppose to happen).

Do you see what occurred?
If you do see Authorized credit card charges and no extra funds on your account then tell this to CSA for a refund request.

This was due to autopay glitch on April 1st.
Do you currently have full service?
Do you see any available funds on your PM account? If you do, I would suggest to leave them there as they will be used for next renewal.
If you do not see extra payment on your account but you see double charge on your credit card, contact agent and ask for refund or funds to be added to your account to be used on next renewal.
