If you just cancel your plan/account, you will lose your number.
If you want to keep your number, you need to subscribe to a new carrier and port your number from PM to the new carrier.

If you can login your account, you can easily stip your plan from renewing again
But since you cannot login, you need PM to help to remove the credit card to cancel. You will need to message them here:

Log into your account with your email and password you used. If you have forgotten then, click on forgot email and also forgot password. If that doesn't work, reach out to a CS Agent for assistance.
