I am unable to log on to help to simply change my email.

I go through verification and input the last number I called and get an sms code and as soon as I enter it the page reloads.

Getting really old.

Why can't we change our email online ?

What do I do ?

Can someone help ?

HI @fatfrog   you cannot make the change to the email used in My Account yourself .  you have to contact PM CS Agent and they will do it for you.  Can you login to your My Account using the old email address?  you can ask them to reset the password on the same ticket if you need to:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

You cannot change your email by yourself.

 

Contact agent to do that for you.

Bit of a pain for sure, but extra precaution for security.

@fatfrog  You can change the forum email online but you need to contact support to change account email. To change forum email. Click your badge top right on these forums and select my settings.
