The website and app interface changed recently. Any long distance add ons are located in the "usage breakdown" section. Click on that link and you should see your add ons.
As mentioned, the long distance add ons are for calling from Canada to the select number of countries. It is not used for international roaming.

@Dan82, Public Mobile does not offer roaming services outside of the U.S. and now Mexico so for all other countries you will either need to get a local SIM, a travel SIM (something like Airalo) or if you can get by with WiFi you can use apps like Messenger, WhatsApp etc..

1- Clear the cache on your browser before login into your account so it will update your account information.
2- No, LD minutes can only be use when calling from Canada.

You don’t need to repost the same request. Just open a ticket on Chatbot buy typing in Submit a Ticket. No phone number for agent or pm them.
