Hi everyone. I registered a new SIM card, choose the plan, and was charged. But I never got a phone number. I have an account, but no a phone number. I was not able to find what to do on the website, and I was not able to connect with anyone on live chat. Please help me to get a phone number for my account. Thank you.

@Vira the phone number part has moved to AFTER the payment section.
To pick the number (or to port) , after you make the payment, you will have to go back to use the app to complete the activation process. Have you go back to the app yet? Also, on the app, you might have to use the email to receive the 2FA code. if it was not offered there, you will have to click Resend code and Send email:

This is not my first time to activate a SIM card with Public Mobile. I did it for my kids. But this is the first time when phone numbers were not offered to choose from, so I did not choose the number at all, and I don't know where to look for this option. Unfortunately, rebooting the phone did not help.

@Vira With SIM card in phone reboot the device . Do you have services can you call a friend and ask them tell you the number that comes up
