My phone number got changes all off a sudden. I understand it is due to it being made available for some reason to new customers. WTH?!
I could not open a ticket as that link gives me 404 error.
Not sure how to reach and agent.

hi @MTimofeyev did you just join PM a month ago? or longer? When you last able to get inbound calls?
you can submit ticket with CS agent and have them to check your account

@MTimofeyev , go to the envelope icon from the top right corner of the community page and send a message to cs_agent. The ticketing system is broken.
