remove the phone number, we are just customers here
you will probably need PM support agent to help to refresh the account. I don't think you have access to My Account to submit ticket using Chatbot, so you can submit ticket by direct message:

Hi,
You need to keep the old SIM in your phone and wait for the text from old carrier and confirm with YES you are porting over to PM within 90 minute window once you get the text.
I will leave you a phone number, you can call and retry the porting.
