HOW CAN I LOG IN MY ACCOUNT?

I don’t have an eSIM card, so in order to log into my account, the verification code must be sent to my email. But right now I also can’t access my email, because logging into it requires a verification code that gets sent to my phone number. What should I do in this situation?
