Phone not showing what frequency band I'm receiving on

I've been curious to see what frequency band my phone is receiving on depending on my location, I've tried a bunch of different apps but none of them show me the frequency band or arfcn/earfcn/uarfcn. I have a galaxy s6 so I'm not sure if it's a phone issue or if it's from public mobile... Any idea how I can work around this? My phone is originally from wind so it doesn't have the LTE band enabled from the stock CSC but Im using the 4G switcher app from basimobi to enable/force LTE without having to change the CSC. Could this be my issue?

Please reread what the issue is... I have LTE on my S6 using a third party app, i'm just trying to figure out why I can't seem to show what LTE frequency band my phone is receiving on

Yes I have tried this app and it doesn't show me the band... it just says unknown
