Hi Guys,
I am having an issue when I am trying to port my number from Public to Telus but unable to do it. Tried to call Telus and they said this number is not active on Public Mobile. I am receiving and dialing call from this number without any issues. How to check my number is active or not? I can login to Puplic app and it showing my plan subscribed till next month Dec.
Please help.

Do you have BOTH services active? If yes, then initiate porting at Telus and keep PM SIM in the phone to reply Yes.
