Phone not activating

We bought SIM card for public mobile and it isn’t asking us for voucher code it is asking for credit card payment

@ryanogorman2019 - you should be able to submit a ticket via the link @computergeek541 provided by using SMS verification even though you are not a public customer yet with a My Account.
But it the event you have an issue with it, you can also contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:

A customer support agent can activate your account without you need to make any additional purchase.  Please open a ticket by proceeding to:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Get down to 7-11 type of store and get a pre-paid credit card...use that to initiate your PM account.

After that, you can use vouchers to pay plan.

@ryanogorman2019    Unfortunately, new activations now require that you pay with a CC/Debit Visa and vouchers cannot be used during this process, however, they can be used for making future payments once the account is activated.

@ryanogorman2019 Hi yes you can only activate with a credit card now you can use a voucher to pay for your next cycle
