Phone is activated but nothing works

I just activated my phone on the 50$ 10gb plan and I'm sending texts but no one gets them. I tried calling and it also tells me that cellular network is not available for voice calls. Does anyone know what's wrong or how to fix this issue?

@Gflay187  - do you see Public Mobile at the top of your device? Any network at all showing, or No Service message or something?

@Gflay187

Try rebooting and reset network settings.

Can you try the SIM in another phone? Or at least try reinstalling the card.

If nothing works, your SIM may not be provisioned properly. You'll need to contact CS for help:

@Gflay187

Did you power off the phone before putting in the SIM?

Try powering off the phone then wait a few minutes then power back on the phone.

Did you port your phone number over to PM or did you activate just the sim ?  Check your account for the status?  Try rebooting your phone.

@Gflay187

Porting and activating is not always immediate.

Try:

  • rebooting your device,
  • resetting network connections,
  • toggling airplane mode on and off.

You could also try removing the SIM card and reinserting it.
