If your phone calls aren’t working, there are a few things you can try to fix the issue. First, check your signal strength to make sure you're in an area with good reception. If the signal is weak, try moving to a different location. Restarting your phone can also help resolve connection problems. Additionally, ensure that Airplane Mode is turned off, as it disables calls. You might also want to check your network settings in case something needs adjusting, such as toggling between Wi-Fi calling and mobile data. For Android users, clearing the cache in your call app can sometimes help. Don’t forget to check for software updates, as they often include fixes for network issues. If your SIM card is damaged or not properly inserted, that could also be the problem, so make sure it’s in place or consider getting a replacement. Finally, if none of these steps work, reach out to your carrier for assistance—they may be able to resolve any account or network issues.

do you see Public Mobile as the network now ? If not, message Customer Support and ask for their assistance. Give them your name on the account, ph number, PM pin number, PM account number....
