Is there anyway i can get help for 1 month i cant afford to put min this month cause i been sick in hospital not working

If you do not pay, your account will be only suspended for up to 90 days. You will not have service at all but you will Not lose your account and number.
After 90 days of no pay your account will be closed, number lost.
PM cannot help you in this case in any way.

I don't think so, but try to talk to CS agent:

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Just don't make the payment and just use the hospitals free WIFI.

If there is wifi available and if you need to call and text then you could use a voip app like Textnow.
Before your next renewal, suspend your account. Then you won't pay to renew.

@Cormiertrisha Sorry for what you are going through
I do not think PM can help at all. You likely have to check with friends or any support person around you for that
One way to save some money is to change the plan to $15 if you are on a higher cost plan
Or you can suspend your service for one month and use only Wifi. You can download free VoIP app like TextNow and use it to make and receive calls. They will assign you another 10 digits number and you call and receive using the app. It is not as convenient, but it is free and it will work if you have Wifi.
