I am having trouble accessing my account. My plan could not be renewed today because my payment information has changed.
I have not been able to acces the account for a few weeks. I keep getting prompt to subscribe to the can-us-mex plan.
how can my access to my account be restored. This is very frustrating things are changing all the time.

If it's asking you to subscribe again, customer service needs to reconnect your email to your account.

quickest way to get the service back first (and deal with the login problem later) is to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas station (like Shell) first, then load the voucher using *611 from your phone or by calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone
to get the login working again, first try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser. Or ask PM support agent to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:
