I have not been able to access my account I was rerouted to continue with activation. I received a text message that my payment did not go through but it was a day early. I attempted to downgrade to the $29 plan and paid for it. The next day I saw payment was taken for my original plan.
I would like to be refunded for the $32 taken from my account. I am so disappointed in Public Mobile I have been with this company for over 10 years and the lack of support is very frustrating. Please advise next steps for refund.

I was not able to access the account to select the option the change on renewal it automatically was stuck on activate now. I did open a ticket but at this point I might just change carrier and this is getting frustrating. Thanks for the help.

PM is 30 days cycle so the renewal date not really one day early
You used Change Now option? PM usually do not provide refund but we have seen them refunding in such case. Check with PM.
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
Or message them using this link:

@Kymaia35 It sounds rather like there might have been a mix up of timing. If you change plan very close to the renewal date (30 days, not a month as you likely know as a long time customer) it may be too late for the system to get things in the right order. I assume you selected "change now" instead of the safer bet of "change on renewal"? If you want to take it up with customer service and can't now log in, send a private message to agents using this link
