As much as I tried paying my bill it won't process my payment and I never had issues before. Please help!

Buy a voucher and use 611 to enter it. Or use real time payment in some stores. Then you can take your time to figure out why things aren't working.

@Melannlissa if you have access to desktop or laptop computer, please use that to make payment. There seems to be better success using a desktop/laptop
Also, please try to use Incognito mode to login to My Account and try again (use that whether you are going to try again on a computer or on your phone)
Another way to pay is to use *611 if you remember your 4 digits PIN.

What is your current payment method? Mine charges my credit card automatically. Makes life easier. Make sure to pay your card on time and you're good to go.

Most likely PM did some behind the scene changes...
Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Try logging in using incognito mode.
Make sure your credit card is in good standing.
Try dialing 611 to make payment...you will need your PM pin number.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode first.
