My subscription has been suspended because my credit card was cancelled due to it being compromised. I get a message saying dial *611 which eventually will get to where you can make a payment for the amount owing. It then will not accept payment by card because it accesses the canceled card.
I have updated my credit card but it doesn’t access the new card when using the *611 opt

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes
You might not want to wait, but usually we ask people to wait a day or even longer before you try again. When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled)
but if your want to pay first, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or gas stations and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
