I have two numbers of Public mobile. I just changed my credit card number for the auto pay. How can I know that auto pay is set for both the numbers?

Upper right of this page click on My Account. On the right side click on Create account. Follow the prompts.
Edit: If you activated this number yourself rather than in store then you would already have done it.

Do you know which number you activate first? Just go to the self-service menu and navigate and create another account with your new number; in this way, you would be able to create a new account for the other number, so you can keep things separate and hassle-free

Hello,
You must have two profiles; you can change them manually just by signing in to your account.
Go to the Payment tab and change your card number for each account.
Even if you have activated another line from your same account, you need to give a different email to up and running the other phone number.

To set up AutoPay, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’. From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

@crajibkumar : you have to go into each account and update them. Then you'll see indications in the self-serve that autopay is set on.
